Triverge Properties is a new, independent rental company. Right now that means one person and one property — but it's built the same way we'd run it with ten.
Why I started this
I started Triverge Properties because I was tired of seeing rentals managed the same impersonal way everywhere — form-letter emails, maintenance requests that vanish into a queue, listing photos that don't match what you find at the walkthrough.
So I'm doing it differently, starting small on purpose. Right now Triverge Properties is one property and one person handling everything from listing photos to move-in day. That won't scale forever, but it means every renter today gets a level of attention that's hard to find once a company gets big.
The plan is to grow — carefully, one home at a time — without losing the part that makes this worth doing: actually knowing the property, and actually being reachable when something needs fixing.
One property, done right
We started with a single home because we'd rather manage one property well than a dozen poorly. Every listing gets the same level of attention.
You talk to the person in charge
No call centers, no ticket queues. When you reach out, you're reaching the person who actually knows the property and can make a decision.
Growing deliberately
We're adding new homes as we can maintain the same standard of care for renters — not just to grow the number for its own sake.
